Please prayerfully consider including
the Well in your monthly budget!
Prayerfully consider your gifts to the Well Community in 2007. To help meet our budgeted requirements of $15,000 per month, please consider pledging your support for the year, becoming a monthly supporter, increasing your total giving by 25%, and/or asking a friend to become a support of the Well.
We need your financial support! the Well is a grassroots movement of people caring for others; therefore, every gift is significant. Therefore, please be in prayer regarding your giving.
All contributions to the Well Community are tax deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.

Legal Organization
In October 2002, the Well Community organized as an independent and autonomous non-profit corporation within the State of Texas. In addition, we are affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas and as such are subject to Group Ruling #1703 providing exemption from Federal Income Tax under the provisions of IRS Code, Section 501(c)(3). (see Exemption Letter)
Currently, the Well Community is governed by a five-member board (see Our Leadership Team, Board of Directors). We are actively seeking to fill-out this team with additional qualified board members, with our goal being at least seven members.
For more information, contact our office for copies of our articles of incorporation, bylaws, and other documentation.

Finances
the Well is blessed with a strong financial team which includes two CPA's (see Our Leadership Team, Treasurer and Financial Assistant). We are committed to providing our donors with the assurance that their investment is valued and cared for with the utmost stewardship.
To date, the Well Community has been dependent upon donations from private individuals and is not subsidized by any one organization and/or congregation. However, we are committed to building more diverse sources of revenue: churches, other organizations and businesses, large donors, private foundations, public sources.
